At K-S Watches, we are committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return and refund policy under the following terms:

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.

  • The item must be in new, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.

  • The product must not be personalized or customized (except for manufacturing defects).

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.

  3. We will guide you through the return process and provide a return authorization if necessary.

  4. Package the item securely in its original packaging, and ship it back to us at the address provided. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

3. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note:

  • We will not issue refunds for items returned after the 30-day return period.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including return shipping costs, if the product is found to be defective.

6. Non-returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Gift cards.

7. Late Returns
